These terms govern your use of NorthStar Club, our website, and our consulting case interview practice service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use NorthStar Club
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and do not share or transfer your account. Tell us if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.
Practice and AI feedback
NorthStar Club provides simulated interviews, learning materials, and automated feedback for educational use. Interviews use AI, and outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Use your own judgment when relying on feedback.
Scores and feedback are practice assessments. We do not guarantee interview results, employment, admission, or any particular improvement. NorthStar Club is not acting on behalf of a recruiter or consulting firm.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
- Do not upload confidential employer or client information, or personal information you are not authorised to share.
- Do not bypass access controls, misuse credits, probe systems without permission, or disrupt the service.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our case library or use the service to build a competing dataset without permission.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in content you submit, including your interview responses. You give NorthStar Club permission to process, store, and use that content as needed to run the service, generate feedback, maintain security, and resolve support issues, as described in our privacy policy.
Our branding, software, authored cases, and learning materials belong to NorthStar Club or their licensors. Your access is for personal learning, subject to these terms. You may use your feedback reports for your own preparation.
Free access, payments, and credits
Available access, prices, and account-specific offers are shown before purchase. Review the current offer and its conditions on the payments page.
If paid access is offered, the checkout will explain the price, included access or credits, applicable taxes, and any expiry or renewal terms. Credits are access entitlements, not money, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. All payments are non-refundable once made, except where required by law, as explained in our refund policy.
Availability and account restrictions
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Beta features may change, and maintenance, network problems, or provider outages may interrupt interviews. We may suspend or restrict access for misuse, security concerns, or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about closing your account.
Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions you make based on practice feedback. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court or consumer forum with lawful jurisdiction. We will publish revised terms here and, where required, notify you of material changes before they take effect.
